If you’re a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, we may have found your calling. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and external customers.
You will be responsible for communicating customer requirements to the production team and overseeing client projects from start to finish in this fast-paced role.

We offer our Customer Service Representatives :
- A pay rate of $14-$16 / hour
- Temp to Hire employment
- Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, work schedule
- $100 referral bonus when you refer a friend to work with WSI
